Just eat less of it and forget about the crap however much you might like a bag of crisps
Or put anther way, don't switch to eating something you never would chose to eat just because it is low in calories. So many diet recommendations are just so incredibly BOORING!

Weight loss never really been an issue for me . I lost 30KG years ago and slowly put it back on and in the last year I have lost 25KG and it has stayed off now I have changed my eating habits thats the key Its not a diet but a life change
