You probably will not remember this but you gave me the best ever tip for losing weight. "Only eat food that you truely REALLY enjoy when being on a diet."  Just eat less of it and forget about the crap however much you might like a bag of crisps Or put anther way, don't switch to eating something you never would chose to eat just because it is low in calories. So many diet recommendations are just so incredibly BOORING! Now  reminder to MYSELF what is the saying??? Thos

Weight loss never really been an issue for me . I lost 30KG  years ago and slowly put it back on and in the last year I have lost 25KG and it has stayed off now I have changed my eating habits thats the key Its not a diet but a life change
