Nope! I was always comfortable in the knowledge that I could access the dosh necessary for a medical evacuation should it be required without having to argue the toss with an insurance company. Same funds would probably cover some time in a Thai hospital.4 points

All these people having great times in bars and restaurants and I am packing a bag with my pyjamas and toiletries for my admission to hospital tomorrow at 0730. ask Kev-in-Thailand.he thought he would wait till he hit 60 to get insurance,59+ and he goes down with cancer. one of the main reasons I did not move to Thailand was the cost of the meds, I take each day just so I can walk un-aided to the the bog. Thumping my desk, and swearing profusely I have been trying to transfer money to someone from my account using personal banking. Typed all details in and checked, entered the number to confirm on my Pin Sentry machine and its coming up with recipient details incorrect despite me having a picture of the card sent to me. F*ck em. Tried 3 times and had to cancel. So now I have to make a trip into to town tomorrow to get the bank to do it. What a shower of c*nts, Barclays. I am going for a lie down1 point

The Dorian Fruit Festival is being held on the frontage of Central Festival today and over the next few days. In practice is is little more than an open air market selling dorian and other fruits. I have never tried the fruit. I am told it tastes great and smells awful.
