Had this conversation with my wife the other day. Her mate has told their young daughter there is no Santa.
I said I won't be telling our daughter, I want her to enjoy the 'magic' of Christmas and Santa as she is an infant, and it is a magical time, same as I enjoyed.
Let children enjoy their childhood, would be my view point, though to each their own ...

I've lost over 16 pounds now in about 10 weeks. Which is quite a lot, as i'm not big to begin with.
No mad diet, just cut out the shite, go and do gym classes 3 times a week, circuits, HIT etc.
Really enjoying it, and really feeling the benefits booth mentally and physically.
Exercise has so many benefits.
