Dam Cliff, that is a ton of weight for sure....like @Lemondropkid I too had a complete, absolutely massive physical that took 3 days last year....every blood test imaginable was given...some of the things they checked in your blood I never knew existed! Then had an endoscopy and colonscopy on the same day, knocked out for both! Next day a full blown CT scan from the middle of your stomach all the way down was given. They shoot this chemical up your ass so they can see EVERYTHING. Last day was having the cadillac of heart test done....they put you in the "donut" in this incredibly huge machine made by Siemens Corporation, 30 minute test, if there is something wrong with your heart, this will tell the story. Another amazing test that tests the fraxel levels and things the average guy has never heard of...incredible and comfortable experience at Phayathai Hospital....over the following days, met with all the appropiate Doctors ...all is well...piece of mind is important for guys our age....it is worth the money. Just a suggestion for maintaining your muscle mass, any way possible wifey can hire a personal trainer to come to your home and can you lift perhaps 5 lb dumbells? These guys can work with you under your current circumstances and taylor a program that would work for you? i would also suggest that protein shakes would help you too....losing muscle mass makes you "frail" and any help to maintain or even build a small amount of muscle would help you I think. Just curious for our British guys ( or others) any of you ever go to the "Drury Lane Theater" in London back in the day? I ask cause as a diehard "Genesis" fan, one of the best performances was here back in 1974 on the "Selling England by The Pound" tour. 5 shows, 2k capacity etc...That was the year I first really got into the band....seems like yesterday. Wifey and got an e-mail 7pm last night, my Marriage Visa extension has been approved, good until Feb 7th 2027. The agents team will deliver my passport, bank book, yellow book and marriage certificate to the house here tomorrow around 11 am. One caveat we were told though, that has not happened in the last 10 years, the Immigration Office now calls the local amphur office, to make sure we are still legally married and not divorced?? I can only guess that there have been some guys that have used the Marriage Visa route that pretend they are still legally married here, thus only having to come up with 400k baht instead of 800k, when in fact they have divorced with their spouse here? Ok.....

Just curious, at least for me these days, if I had all that chocolate and that amount of fancy dancy latte....I would feel like shit for hours after with all that sugar....as I have gotten older, sweets just make me feel not all that good. Not the same with you?

4:30am wake up call to watch The Rams play the Panthers in the first round of the playoffs.. Rams looked good early on....17-14 at halftime Rams up. Off to the gym later....

Wifey and I have a 9am appt at Phayathai Hospital to get our yearly physicals done. Blood work 9am, then 9:30am she gets her yearly Mammogram. Have to fast, which means no coffee for me this morning...arghhhhhh! Monday morning we both go back to meet with respective Doctors to see results etc. She will then get another "girlie" check which she hates....I told her don't feel bad..it never fails that my additional check, getting the Prostate checked, I always get the Doctor who has hands like "Herman Munster" LOL!

Went to Bali in July with wifey.....we will not be going back. Just nowhere as good as any beaches in Thailand. Good luck to them trying to get people to give a 3 month bank statement. They did have a place where you can feed a dirty camel though......

Same with me, sole executor and unfortunately had to share my parents estate with my ass-wipe brother...which irritated the shit out of me! No inheritance tax either.......thankfully. I am glad that is all over with now, dealing with contractors making repairs to their home prior to sale, agents, title companies, insurance companies, dealing with people fighting over my parents furniture, Lladro figurines, the cars they had..what a real opener to see people try and bargain everything with you. I had one person say to me "Why don't you just sell this leather couch to me for the price I want to pay for it, you didn't pay for it"???? He was shown the door in a hurry....

Sunday morning at 9am local time at my gym towards the back where alot of free weights are....people are still hung over I guess. 10am the "body pump" class shows up with about 100 women, 50 are take home material LOL! 11am a few make their way over to where I am usually at...like Miss Ching. Went to a photoshoot at 2pm later that day....pics tomorrow.

Fully agree with your assessment Stu...lot's of girls out of town. Talking to a friend at the gym yesterday, he was in Thermae NYE...told me although there were not as many girls as usual, the one's he was talking to wanted 4k ST and 8K LT..........and he told me he wanted the one girl and she would NOT go with him for 7K LT. Wow! Exactly one year ago, when I met up with friends in from USA, then met you, Mr. Smooth, LD Kid and VPI 78...the night before, was walking around the 4...this gal catches my eye, pull her over for a drink...she is half Thai, half Vietnamese, she told me she used to go in Thermae sometimes, tells me she didn't like it as she doesn't like going with other Asian guys?? Ok....

Just watching CNN....they are going to resume looking for Malaysia Airlines flight 370. They have a company called "Ocean Infinity" going to look on the ocean floor........again in a different location. Scary still after all of these years, that a 777 can just disappear!
