If you want the best security possible on a large amount transfer I would stick with a bank to bank wire transfer (domestic or international) ave. fee probably $25, and can take days. But, it is much safer than any private transfer company. I like Wise for basic transfers, but if I was to make a large or very important transfer I would use the bank to bank wire).

Each case is different. Police and insurance being contacted is pretty standard operating procedure though. The guy would have to hand over some serious dosh on the spot for me to let that fly. Haven't had a ribeye in years. Looks fabulous. The gravy looks tremendous as well. But I would leave that for the fries. I tend to eat a good piece of meat with salt only.
