Pizza from Waitrose which I added onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic along with a few different herbs and some Sriracha sauce. Give it a bit of extra flavour.

FA Cup Saturday was brilliant as a kid, would start about 8.00 and continue until the 3.00 kick off and a few hours after. Now it’s meaningless to a lot of clubs.

Last year summer was pretty wet and miserable so hopefully this year will be better. -

Windy and drop in temperature here compared to the last couple of days which were really nice. -
Learnt to ride at 10 years old, so 45 years ago. Not always had bikes, probably around 25 to 30 years riding.

I try and treat everything with herbal medicine if possible. Only prescription medicine I take is for my blood pressure and bipolar.
