  1. @Derek Dangleberries Sorry mate I can't resist. A masterclass of shithousery by us. First team to win at Elland Road this season. And a brilliant footballing goal to boot.
  2. The Saints weren't that special at Ewood today. I think they've resigned themselves to the play off's tbh. So I reckon Albion have a good chance of at least a point. Provided they a bit better than they did against Stoke.
  3. I love the big cats. Especially Tigers. Beautiful animals. I was up in the lake district one time visiting a wildlife park near Ulverston and if anyone was in doubt about the strength and power of tigers it was soon put to bed when feeding time came around. 3 telegraph poles planted into the pen. More than 20 feet tall. At the top of each pole a chicken /some sort of meat was placed there. Out come the big boys or girls and jesus christ!!!. Never seen anything like it...... Just 2 strides to get up there, get the food, turn around and then jump down from about 15 feet. No problem whatsoever. Amazingly powerful animals. I have 3 cats as pets and I'm sure if they were bigger than me I would be toast!
  4. Seafood for dinner again including Red Snapper, King Crab, Tiger prawns, salad and dips.
  5. I let the wife crack them. Like your good self, I also lack the patience!
  6. King crab. My first time eating crab and I have to say it was delicious. Bloody should be at around £50 per kilo!
  7. Only having been to Pattaya 5 times I don't suffer "Pattaya Blues". However, leaving Thailand and having to wait at the departure gate at Swampy depresses me big time. Looking at fellow farang there leaves me thinking I'm far from being alone.
  8. Is that the sportsman in Pattaya Stuart? Do they still do the Sunday carvery and is it worth the money?
  9. Some great actors in that. I'm watching the series at the moment and the main actress is great but I'm finding it difficult to believe in her character. Vinny Jones plays a good part though.
  10. Small world mate. I lived a stones throw away from BRGS, firstly Newchurch then in 77 we moved up to Cowpe village in Waterfoot. Played cricket at Ramsbottom in my teens representing Rawtenstall CC. As for Hollands pies, they aren't as good as they used to be I'm afraid. Best regards.
  11. Same as @richy65 £23.50 per week on a YTS scheme in a local footwear factory. I can't remember how much my mother wanted for board money but it wasn't much. 33p for a pint in my local about that time!
  12. So you must know Rossendale well then. Holland pies are still up in Baxenden.
  13. I'd rather watch my wife preparing somtan. Just lining their own pockets at the numbskulls expense.
  14. Are you looking to make money Gal or is volunteering an option.?
  15. I think @galenkiawill be upset. Stan Bowles has died aged 75. RIP great player.
  16. Just for your info pump. Southampton will have their own TV station via the clubs website it's probably a subscription service but you will be able to view weekend games if you wanted. I currently pay £25 per month to Rovers TV but you can also buy a match day pass for £10.
  17. Good win for us today. First half especially and good luck to Eustace. Just need to get rid of our CEO and the Rao family now. Big protest planned for the FA Cup game v Newcastle United. How anyone is brave enough to work under this corrupt regime deserves a medal.
  18. Just viewed steady Eddy's live stream from Udon. He actually said he was repetitive (2 times!) Then went onto say the city centre was bland. 6 feckin times.
  19. Im a subscriber..... And his travel videos are quite good and usually give me a chuckle or 2. However, he does repeat himself, not just once or twice but annoyingly many times. Another gripe, and I'm probably being harsh, he doesn't seem interested in learning the most basic of the Thai language. Telling Thais that he's doing a review of a bar/ restaurant in English and in a scouse accent makes me chuckle. That said, he's planning on settling in Cambodia. His live streams bore me to death though. Good enough chap but not a patch on Geoff Carter.
  20. Is it this guy? Should have posted in the first instance to save any confusion. Apologies Larry.
  21. Anybody remember Max Wall and did he have series in the 70s? Stanley Baxter aswell.
  22. Are you talking about Ed Sweeny the guy from Liverpool UK.?
  23. Till death do us part. Warren Mitchell. Plus others that have already been mentioned. Apart from Happy Days.
  24. Too fucking many. Livid with the wife f**k farting around looking for decent flights. Im buggering back to blighty to see my daughter and grandchildren plus maybe a trip to Manchester to see Slash and the Conspiretors. With my Swedish mate. She can dwell on that for now.
