A new agogo on Walking Street looks set to open very soon.

Is this barrier to Soi Diamond new?

This entrance way in Soi 15 (off Walking Street) confuses me. I have not heard of Catwalk agogo before. Is it replacing Overmind, which closed many months ago?

That barrier has been there for a long time you just almost never see it because it's not down

Was in crazy house tonight in Soi

Cowboy here in Bangkok before they would allow us to enter we had to give them our drink order at the door as everybody did. I had no trouble with that but then she held out her hand to get paid before I got to see my drink I told her that didn't work and she let us go in and served us our drink. In an attempt to keep out the deadbeats No Doubt but to pay on the street before we even enter the bar a bit silly

I don't know about today, but you used to have to buy your drink at an outside bar counter and carry it inside. Supposedly the reason was that tour groups would enter, walk around the stage or head to the restrooms, then leave without buying a drink.  That may just be an urban legend, but Baccara did get so crowded that many visitors were able to stay a long time without buying a drink simply because the service staff couldn't keep track of them.

Having said that.... I think the sign has been up since Xmas.. ..

In the avenue, opposite my beloved food court, the tourist tat shop and the beauty salon that have both been there for some years have moved out

The good news is that it appears a "market" is opening on  the fake grass outside the food court.

Maybe they are hoping to surround the food court with market stalls so that you can't see how empty it is until you are inside...

Other good news... they have replaced some of the tables....

And the "lizard" is alive and well and enjoying the sun

Yes. Standard WS gogo bar. Long and narrow, with centre stage divided into 2. The girls do not change stage.

Two rows of seating on both sides. The rows in the front have hardly any leg room.

Three shifts of girls - 2 coyote, one with very short shorts and boob tubes (which were pulled aside after one record).

There were plans for it to be a ladyboy Cabernet show but obviously that never materialized.
