forcebwithu
Retaining walls going in at the Buakhao/Soi 15 construction site. Site on 3rd Rd near Klang is now up to six floors. Google Translate couldn't make much sense of the Thai sign at the construction site, but according to my TGF's translation the building is for some sort of business. 2

I noticed too they had stocked the market, but also thought it's going to bloody hot in there with only the front side open for ventilation. As it happens, I snapped a pic of the new structure on my bike ride this morning. Looks like another first class, Thai quality concrete pad. Painter
The crane appeared inactive on soi 15 today. The workers appeared a bit confused by the concrete pillars that were finding underneath the ironworks they had put in some weeks ago...
Yessongs
Is Pattaya turning into another Las Vegas? Saw people here on the news tonite, real estate agents, people trying to sell homes etc.etc. with big upgrades if you buy. They showed Trump Tower Condiminiums that were just so overly over priced beyond belief. Same with hotels, too many Billion dollar hotels with very little occupancy. Someone is taking a beating............. So is the overall opinion that Pattaya too has fallen victim to over building at this point?
