Porn made some sausages yesterday, a cross between breakfast style and a Cumberland. They were big, two were enough. I gave her the recipe.

Served with home made creamy mashed potato and marrow fat peas.

Bistro gravy on top.

Delicious.

I probably grilled them a little longer than I should have but they were delicious. I might shallow fry or cook in the oven next time, well proud of Porn.

She cooks Thai style sausages for her friends as well and they usually pass on other Thai products to her, a good Thai exchange operation going on and I am sure it is the same in your location.

Reheated chicken breast and onions from my slow cooker earlier in the week, I decided to dump the veg on top to save on washing up.

Nice fart food - brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and onions.   You'll be smelling like sweet nectar tomorrow.

Bought similar from Waitrose for £4.50 , it's the only time I buy cherries, they are normally so expensive

I think with so many restaurants/hotels closed or only doing takeaways etc, fruit will be really cheap this year, supply outstrip demand.

Not sure about that , there always seems to be offers on cherries for a short period at this time of the year , British harvest time I guess

The missus goes around our village with a long cutter thing with a basket picking cherries....every walk we go on we have to go past her favourite trees to check on the growth & ripeness.
