So 2 choices : - If I want to use it for sandwich "regenerate" it by spraying a bit water on it + 10 min in the oven - toast it in the grill for breakfast. I generally have Natural Greek Yoghurt with Grapefruit , blueberries and raspberries/ strawberries during the week as it’s light, I can prepare and eat quickly before work and then at weekends load up on the bread / croissants with a nice jam or marmalade. Sorry forgot the sequence where we install the apples, the Miss got a bit on my nerves always wanting to race things.... Anyway, there is a layer of rasped (shredded ?) apple underneath, in under to make the pie smoother.
