When we were  in Texas 1993-4 we had some superb locally shot wild boar,wild turkey & venison.

With a spag bol,  you're almost half way there! 

I do a few a year, portion it up and freeze it for those "can't be bothered to cook" nights. It's always better fresh though

I used to do the same however Aldi now sell a 2kg lasagne for $12 which is surprisingly tasty.

Same here, although at least I have casually searched recipes in the last year. Just seems like a lot of work and expense compared to buying a frozen one.....I believe a 5 pound tray here is 250 baht or so, stick it in the oven for 90 minutes and done. 
 

But I must make one someday soon, as well as a holiday turkey......somehow I feel the lasagna will come first
