I’ve had the Koftas and a few other dishes that he cooked at a party, bloody bootiful. 🤗 The wife also laid on a huge spread of Thai dishes with meats, fish etc from my sisters shop. I tried to help but was told that “I was in the way and to go drink with the guys”. A night to remember as my BIL also had a big BBQ on the go, cooked by a great Kenyan guy that had worked for them for 20 plus years. First time for him and he was very impressed. I even treated him to cake! Pork loin on mash with chutney for me and a cheese burger for him.
