I think I'd just lay each prawn in the sauce, spin it around a few times then pick it up and bite into cross ways to get the most out of all the flavours... As much as I like houmous, I am hoping that what they mean is that they will stop offering so many varieties of houmous and not cut back on dips such as taramasalata, sour cream and other alternative dips. Today I was looking for taramasalata and it wasn't there but they must have had about 20 types of Houmous.
