MrDK
Another mixed fruit breakfast The say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I can contest that this is not the case ,,, by a long shot, I had a doctor tell me that I need to cut down in fruits and in particular vegetables and leave more room for beef, chicken, pork, fish, potato, eggs, etc. My protein level is on 1/2 if normal. Loads of sugar in fruit. Still good for you, though of course everyone's an individual and different.
MrDK
I am also on a low sugar diet limit to 50% DV. Three doctors have told me not to include natural sugar as found in fruits, but to be very mindful of refined/added sugar. I guess none knew how my fruit I eat :)

I bug a big bag of it and it lasts a long time.

rajs123
Well, some burritos and Naan are made of the same stuff - flour. So all that is different are the fillings.
