I'm told to eat when i can and what the hell you like to eat...

So on that advise I was going to have a second breakfast as it was that good but made do with a few bacon and black pudding sandwiches in some lovely cooked bread.

Was shopping after my shift, extra lean beef was on sale, got a few lbs. Was going to wait to make another pasta sauce, then I remembered I had some buns set to expire, and some mozzarella and pickles. Nice fill-up before bed

Here’s where you get real value in thailand. All from the market-
Fresh garlic, ginger, chilli, lime, honey, pepper, tomato and soy sauce marinade.
1/2 kilo of fresh prawns.

At under £3! With loads of fresh spices left over.

It get better all left over sauce and spices from the pan is currently marinating some pork fillet.

Good lamb I miss so much in the UK.

Proper juicy big lamb chops- unbeatable!

I buy a leg of lamb, nice piece of topside or silverside, kilo of prawns or squid, chicken breasts, and let her make them into krapow for a Saturday and Sunday.

Works for me :default_biggrin:

Good to see HP sauce there mate,a breakfast is not complete without it.

Mrs Krapow sometimes does the eggs too long. I like em runny on the toast or it's too dry for me, so have the HP if needed.

Spicy squid salad with scallops, and home made super spicy dipping sauce.

She'll actually make a load of the sauce to bring with us on holiday each week, keep in the fridge and use when eating seafood lol

Think she's 'clearing stock' as she calls it, before we leave for a couple of weeks.

God knows what i'll get served tomorrow that she's found at the back of the fridge or freezer 😲

She's making banana pancakes now.

They'll be not a crumb left in the whole kitchen by Wednesday ffs.

Love boiled eggs, just don't seem to make them often. Never had them served like that. I'll have to try that some day soon.
