Looks like poached eggs

Wasn't sure. I guessed boiled.

If I tried to poach eggs they sure wouldn't end up looking like that. If they are would love to learn how he made em like that.

I didn't, I have a little Thai lady that does it for me. You should consider getting one, they come in handy for all sorts.

She was plucking hair out of my ears an hour ago 😁

Wasn't sure about it, but was okay.

I still can't really do thai desserts. They are a bit like babyfood, almost always a liquid with something added to add a weird texture.

Agreed, and can't do the Chinese ones either, kinda chalky, if that makes sense.

Gonna have to get one of those. Been using a thing for the microwave that Jambo recommended a few years back. It works well but want to make em with water now.

Last time I remember these things being discussed the nitpickers declared you can't call them poached eggs, but to me they are just fine.

Beef stew and dumplings with sprouts.

Brussels sprouts....

Ate so much of it as a kid (with potatoes), as we weren't rich , and later the Navy loved the things as well, hence I hate the bloody things now !

Haven't eaten them for probably 20 or 30 years....

The salad is lovely on the jacket potato

I've never seen anything like either of those. Looks marvelous.
