Thai Spice
Dinner We buy the meat as pork roast, but the Miss prefers it in slices in the pan rather than in the oven. Still taste nice. But the carrots were inedible, even after 45 min boiling they were still hard as wood... In the bin they go. Of course a generous dose of butter and cream to have a decent sauce ! Beats rice any time, even the Miss agrees on that !

Thai Spice
Jurançon , not much "experience" with it I must admit. I see this one is a dry one (sec) ? The region is more know for its sweet wine. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jurançon_AOC
