As @roobob would say, obviously a lonely, bitter old man's life....

 

And the Missus breakfast, with Indo coffee. The locals drink coffee a bit like the Vietnamese, very dark, strong and bitter. No way I drink it, besides the bitter taste it's so strong I would probably have an heart attack !

Not had an Indian takeaway for years, usually eat in Indian restaurants, so tonite I had lamb tikka pathia and chicken tikka makhani with mushroom fried rice and a Peshwari nan bread, everything very tasty

^^^^^  I hate digging / breaking bones and shells to eat ..... even though I really like crab and lobster it turns me off to spend 15 minutes or so just cracking / breaking shells to just get a piece of meat ... thank goodness for Beach Gal .... she gets rid of all of that shit for me .... otherwise I would never eat ....

I enjoy it , happily spend a few hours cracking , eating and drinking

Where did you get your crab from..?

We picked a few up a month ago in Leeds fish market, at the time Puang said to him are they fresh as they was dead and not one place had alive ones.

He said yes for sure that are, we she started to cook them and I told her to put the lot into the bin as they stink rotten.

When I get a chance to call back i'll tell him too.

Just my local fishmonger, they had run out of cooked crab/lobster , so I bought them still alive , first time I've cooked them myself ... salted cold water and a  few bay leaves for the crab once boiling then 12 minutes..afterwards lobster , bring water back to boil put in and leave for 12 minutes on simmer .. both really tender and sweet meat
