Creamy mustard chicken.

Turned out pretty good, but I did put too much mustard in it and the mustard taste was a bit overwhelming, which is not the idea.

The Miss complained the sauce was too thick (it is supposed to be ...) so next time we'll take it out of the fire a bit earlier.

The missus getting into the Christmas spirit a little early by cooking some mince pies,bloody lovely!

Your missus appears to be a great cook.

My missus is pretty handy in the kitchen and cooks the majority of food for all her local Thai get togethers. She has started making Thai sausages to sell. She can watch a western cooking show on TV and take a few notes. From this I normally get a good meal cooked.

Yes she gets stuff like this from youtube.She just loves cooking.

Noodle soup with pork meat balls yesterday evening.

For some reason this time the meat balls "disintegrated" 😱😱😱😱 

  I gave the cook a stern warning ! 

PS : I have an idea why .....  (just a bit too much in a hurry when "rolling" the meat balls)

Did you use egg to bind the pork meat together ?

This could be the start of something good. 
 
mrs was given some rolled lamb from a mate, so roasted it. 
 

It make look a tad dull / dry but that’s the lighting. More to follow...
