farangme Posted September 30, 2018 Share Posted September 30, 2018 My wife's just finished work in the Chinese restaurant. She cooked this for the kitchen staff tonight. Spare ribs tom yum. Kind of fusion between Thai and Chinese. Ribs marinated chinese style and a tom yum with a bit of BBQ sauce mixed. Very very nice. Not too spicy.
