Just unpacked at our home for the next 8 days. It's on the main Petchakasem rd In the Baan Klang complex.

£21 a night and worth every penny of it.There is nothing the host hasn't thought of to make his guests stay enjoyable. He came to pick us up from the ferry.There are soft drinks, beers and water in the fridge a bowl of fresh fruit,crisps a nd nuts all gratis.

Woaw, nicely decorated and a nice change from some khazi I have seen pictures of.

The hosts name is Gary and he has 3 apartments in the complex.

I'm impressed with that place mate. In fact I'd go to £22 per night if I had to!

We booked Tenerife again last weekend for half term, wasn't cheap 😟 , was looking at others of the Canary Islands, but the scuba diving is great of Tenerife, so went with what I know.

She loves it Derek, calls it Paradise. Do you think Thomas Cook folding has pushed the prices up?

Yea, certainly short time anyway, same happened when Monarch folded.

We decided to do a package with Jet2 instead of flights and Airbnb this time, as flights were so expensive. Though I have read that Tenerife is the most expensive of the Canary Islands. 

Think it was more because it was half term, have to get used to the inflated prices now when Caitlin starts school in September.

Be more than £2K alone on flights to Thailand before I even think about hotels etc ffs.

I missed this thread, beautiful for sure. Wifey was happy I take it too? Outstanding.
