I'd be havin orgasms lol, i'd go all round the south of England for days out looking at specialist car dealers and their stock, ended up buying me Ferrari 348TB in Egham, Surrey. Did they have some motors there, Dino, Testarossa etc

Maranello dealership in Egham. Used to drive passed it when I worked in Longcross Surry.

Gotta agree with ya, they don't come much better than the Shelby Cobra but with a hefty price tag if you're lucky enough toย find one for sale.

Well over a million for a proper 60's one.

Bingo, yep thats where i sourced it, it was like driving a super fast tractor what with the gated gear lever but i did'nt GAF its was a red Ferrari my boyhood dream car and it was quite the looker. Peter Storms 360 was a Ferrari you could use everyday.ย

Weย can only dream dream dream Daveย about the Shelby Cobra unless of course we win the Lotto lol

A 348 is the only Ferrari i've ever had a ride in, my Dads client/ mate gave me a lift to the Royal Courts of Justice in his blue one when I was an outdoor clerk in Holborn.

The Cobra is my favourite but a very close second is a Ferrari, also very rare and very expensive.ย

288 GTO, very rare indeed at only 272 examples manufactured...

A lot of years ago the company I worked for were suppliers to Ferrari.ย  One of my colleagues was getting a factory tour and he spied a yellow car in amongst all the red ones. The tour guide refused to even acknowledge it as a Ferrari 'cos it wasn't the right colour.

They don't get any better than an E type imo, i'd have liked wider wheels is my only criticism. I got an old school mate in the UK thats got one he restored, what a beauty.

Back when I was a panel beater we had Patrick Mowers in for a respray. He looked more scruffy than the car.ย ๐Ÿ˜„

What a beauty 355 Peter, the 355 was the first really everyday driveable Ferrari. My 348 its predecessorย was the last of the super fast tractors lol, but with that rear mounted engine screaming at 7500 rpm just behind your ears its driving capability was quicky forgotten.ย

The new TVR Griffith, all 250 production models sold out long before expected delivery cost 90K GBP, 500bhp, awesome imo, i love TVR's, very British.

Image result for tvr griffith

TVR, A complicated ownership history from what I see on Wiki and went close to BK several times, but at least they're still there and mainly British.
