French Navy Blue of course 😉

With das encryption en français bitte !

Ok, ok, ..

Concerning L.C. airlines I never used them but they sound like bloodsuckers. Cheap price to catch you, and after that trying to rip you off on everhthing they can.

And on top of that they have passed on some of those habits to regular airlines... 😡😡,

Out of interest as UK passports were mentioned my lad renewed his online in March last year via the App on smartphone, It took him longer to input the 16 digit card number and expiry date for payment that the rest of the application. Literally can do it in seconds now (this is renewals I would stress not new applications in entirety)

Logan Air have taken over 16 of Flybe routes to date. Wonder where they're getting the motors from to service them

Probably leasing a couple of ex-FlyBe planes, the lessors will be very glad those planes are earning money again.

Loganair don't have any Embraer 175s or De Havilland Dash 8s that Flybe used, so they'd need to get flybe's pilots, mechanics, facilities etc too.

True, but LoganAir made a public statement about recruiting ex-FlyBe staff including pilots. Besides that, LoganAir was already preparing to take over some FlyBe routes the moment FlyBe was permanently grounded.

From https://www.loganair.co.uk/our-story/latest-news/2020/loganair-steps-in-to-safeguard-uk-air-routes-after-flybe-collapse:

Quote

Loganair, Scotland’s Airline, has reacted to the closure of Flybe by announcing plans to safeguard UK regional connectivity by taking up 16 routes formerly flown by Flybe. The airline will be adding nearly 400 new flights each week and has opened a special recruitment line for former Flybe employees seeking to continuing their aviation careers with Loganair.

Your link shows all the additional flights using current Loganair plane types - no ex Flybe planes.  It also says they'll add more ATR72s which again couldn't be coming from what flybe finished up with.  Makes sense to recruit personnel where suitable, but planes don't seem so easy.
