dcfc2007 Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 (edited) Has anyone tried moose cider? It's a nice Thai brewed cider but not sold everywhere. The only places I have seen it were ibar and the booze lounge. It was 70b in the booze lounge. I can see this becoming more popular over the next few years and certainly a good option for cider drinkers. Edited March 16, 2020 by dcfc2007 1
boydeste Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 (edited) I like a drop of cider, but haven't seen that one yet. Is it sweet or dry? Edited March 16, 2020 by boydeste

It's actually very nice and at almost a third of the cost of a pint of magners a real winner. It's brewed by the Siam Winery Co and has only been about since 2014 I believe. 1

Perfect to be poured into a pint of Guinness at the end of the night when you are flagging and want to carry on drinking!
Skalliwag Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 Sounds to me it would go good with Moose sausage.
JDM Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 It is sold in Macro in Pattaya in packs of six I don't remember the price however it would not have been 70tb as I would not have payed it. Its on the shelf on the left outside the spirits shop. I liked it I would say medium/sweet. JDM 1
JDM Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 (edited) I went to Macro yesterday to do a big shop of non perishables ( just to be on the safe side ) protein and carbs. I had a look at the cider. Looks like Macro is emptying the cooler of the stock of many items many on sale at knockdown prices I purchased some nice AU beef at a good price. JDM Edited March 18, 2020 by JDM 1
