Jambo Posted March 21, 2020 Posted March 21, 2020 Why do I not receive a notification that I have a message waiting for me to read? Do you have to turn something on? Quote

Nothing to turn on. The notification disappears once you have viewed any notifications. i have sent you a message that says test. John Quote

Click on the notification bell, that's what mine looks like using a phone, then select notification settings. You can work through them to check your settings. 1 Quote
Jambo Posted March 21, 2020 Author Posted March 21, 2020 (edited) Test received thanks. By coincidence, it was actually a message from you (John Luke) that you sent me almost two weeks ago that I read today for the first time. I was anticipating a message from another BM and came across the one you sent me by chance. If this was the first time I read your message, and it definitely was, why did the notification turn itself off if I had not previously opened the message? I was actually feeling guilty for my apparent rudeness in not replying to you. 😀 Edited March 21, 2020 by Jambo Quote
