Welcome to my neighborhood!

When both of us on in town, lets get together for a beer!

(But not at the infamous "Gentleman's Clubs" that cost thousands of US$ a night...

Had the misfortune of breaking in a brand new pair of dress shoes my only night ever on the Strip. To add insult to injury, I stumbled into one of the nicer clubs, beautiful Asian hostess at the door. I thought she said $3 for cover, when I handed her $5 and said keep the change, she giggled & says “It’s THIRTY” I walked  out…..

And this was 2007…After a sliced Achilles and blowing $250 in 20 minutes at Bellagio, cabbed it back to a Viet massage place with table shower. Middle aged lady, a few extras and she patched up my injury as best she could…..awesome service & not too pricey. Next day I checked out, hit the 93 and discovered Phoenix/Tucson and their golf courses & never returned to LV…..Just remembered, I was a golf nut & actually pulled over to play a quick 9 in Kingman too

Well done Eric, Las Vegas is a great place to try out the new "frontier"  Like everything in life, you will get "varied" opinions on what is good about Vegas and what is bad. Kind of like The Grateful Dead and Licorice, I don't like either, but I know alot of people who do.

When we sold my parents home back in July, Rachanee and I thought about actually buying a home there as we over the years, have just had a blast there. So much to do, some great shows, great buffets, you name it, Las Vegas has it. This is the place, if you are NOT, the "sit around the house type" to live out your golden years.

A well thought out plan and execution on your part has turned out well..really happy for you and keep us posted. Can you take one for the team and report back as to how one of the escorts rocked your world? 😇

@Mr. Smooth Nothing wrong with that Eric. That’s my dream bachelor setup, comfy space, no snow(well once every 10 years doesn’t count), perfect golf weather….all you’re missing is an Asian to rub down those big shoulders. I’m sure you’ll find that easily enough….

Hey hey, they say we spend 1/3+++ of our life in bed…..good investment, can’t be thrifty

But I’ll say it for the last time,if that damn baht bus rose above 10B…..you’ll never see me in Thailand again!

Looks a bit gloomy. But good choice with the blackout curtains. Light coloured floor tiles are my choice.

I've actually always liked the dark brown wall paneling, thinking about doing that to the living room one day. But yeah, the curtains were already there from the previous owner and it does help, especially come the warm weather months, to keep out some of that intense summer heat.

It's also the only room with carpeting, which I am satisfied with. The rest of the place is tile and hardwood floors, so I just bought a lightweight Dirt Devil vacuum, which should be enough to keep clean.

I was thinking of this type of mobile home that we have on parks in UK.
Good luck in your new abode. 🤗

We have those type of models too, particularly those within the last 10 years. Mine is a 1982 model, but with some nice upgrades. What I am happy about is pretty much an end to yardwork for me with living here. At worst, maybe buy a container of weed killer and spray around the outside once a month or so.

That should do it.
