3 + years since the above . This is a reflection, not a conspiracy thread.

Shocking to hear Tommy delivering the bad news so eloquently.

It's funny, we still have the odd sticker or sign at work saying "2m" and "COVID - the fight is not over".

Looking back, Those 2 years or so went by so fast. Are we back to where we were by now?.

its funny, I havent listened to old news for years, then I just did.  sounds like a horror movie here doesnt it  ..a la Orson Wells, and the end of the world is nigh

Makes me think, when I occasionally have a moan about Pattaya, what it must have been like during Covid lockdown. Terrible times everywhere around the globe, but how quickly we have recovered and take normality for granted.  How quickly too Pattaya has recovered and now a thriving city. 

I feel for the businesses that went bust and those who suddenly had no work. No furlows like we had in UK and little social subsistence. People often living on the street and queuing for food and water.

We got through it, and are the lucky ones, whilst many didn't make it to live another day.
