Captain Richard M. Colby Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 I lived in Berlin in 1965. This movie nailed the vibe there.
Captain Richard M. Colby Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 Ant Man and the Wasp. Good for a laugh.
Scotty Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 Not a movie but just on the 3rd episode of The Deuce, good gritty series set in New York in the 70’s.
Thinkingallowed Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 Again not a movie but watched the first four episodes of Mayans MC. It's a spin off from the Sons of Anarchy series and a bit meh to be honest. 1

Steelers4Life Posted October 3, 2018 Posted October 3, 2018 Guess we should start a series thread to coincide with this movie thread? Not much into movies as of late, but rather series. Thanks to Roomark's suggestion, I am into the 2nd season of Ray Donovan. Very entertaining! 1 1

In fact thanks for reminding me as I've just had a look and Season 6 premiered on 28th of October so should be a couple of new episodes available for me. 2

That's a brilliant series, one that I binge watched, another great Irish series called Love Hate. Very hard to find anywhere on download though, I bought it from Amazon. Take a look if you get a chance 1

Thinkingallowed Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 One of my favourites is back at the end of next month, Vikings. Really enjoyed following this show and I'd allow that Lagertha to do naughty things to me all night long. 1
Thinkingallowed Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 Not everyone's cup of tea but the Breaking Bad prequel Better Call Saul is showing season 4 right now.

I wished they would have made a series featuring the Mike character rather than Saul. It would have kept my attention more. I too gave up on Better Call Saul after a season and a half. I was thinking about giving it another shot as well. We'll see.
bigstuy75 Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 "No Offence", brilliant box set, written by the lad that wrote shameless black comedy set in a manchester police station. love hate was brilliant too but some may need subtitles 555 last movie i watched was Deadpool, was ok
Sherlock Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Watching Escape to Victory on the TCM channel on SKY. Who remembers that Pele over head kick?
Baldylocks Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 Loved this film, found it on one of my memory sticks, dont know how i missed it
Horizondave Posted October 14, 2018 Posted October 14, 2018 If we are including series then I have started watching 'Killing Eve'. Recommendation from my brother and I love it, have watched the first 2 episodes. Last movie I watched was Ocean's 8 and I thought it a bit pretentious, I mean really crap.
Lanzalad Posted November 8, 2018 Author Posted November 8, 2018 Just watching this remake of the old Steve McQueen classic 1
