If I drive around in a Golf cart around pattaya, will i get a ticket if I dont have a thai drivers license ? …or will they look the other way? B. I would prefer to buy a new or new-ish golf cart, anybody know what they cost in Pattaya? I saw one for sale years ago for #150k for a used one
