Candlestick was a cold stadium. When I went there as a kid people would bring sleeping bags to keep warm on windy nights. ...Saw a lot of games there. Once saw Sandy Kofax throw a one hitter. Many Willie, Willie McCovey, Bobby Bonds home runs. Along with Joe Montana & Steve Young to Jerry Rice TDs. There's a huge homeless encampment out there now.
