Any ideas? (Single Prop Plane, RAF logo).

Poor Photograph.  Only had my 24 - 70 lens on when this flew over.  It was a case of zoom the lens out to 70 mm, take the shot and then heavily crop it during post processing.  I was just outside Wakefield at the time.  Any ideas on what it is and why it should be flying over Wakefield?

This (G-ALUC) was flying out of Sherburn-in-Elmet, 14:36 to 14:31 BST, Saturday. It's a Tiger Moth.
