Addressed in the first 2 minutes, via Phuket. 1 hr 30 flight + further 1hr 30 at HKT.

Food in the lounge and on the flight looked very poor, given the cost of business class.

Guys a bit of a drama queen, skipped through most of it. If he wasn't so up himself, he'd have checked the itinery on booking.

Guys a total prick ...... they serve all food on one tray because of Covid.

Two choices these days and both were fine. + as much booze as you wanted.

Ungrateful simpering drama queen indeed he should count has blessings Thai Business Class is still great and no not like before but what is ......

if you can do once in a  lifetime First is a great experience on Thai.

Just checked, yes, new airplane, seating is different, but all still seated as we wanted, free as well, which is becoming somewhat of a rarity these days ...

He can influence Thai Airways but less so the ICAO, although he may have had some influence over their pet names. 😉
