She had a sip of each one and did not seem over impressed. She had a Carling. We had lunch in what was described as a traditional English Pub. Meals were £5!!!. Mine (Scampi) looks a little bare but that is because I do not like or eat peas, other than when raw and out of the pod. Yes my eating habits are weird!!! Just on cost of living the food was £20 however one drink each (I had a J2O, as driving) took the total up to £32.60. Drinks for four, nearly as much as lunch for four. Have not commented on the issue of females drinking pints. 😀 3
