Boy it feels good to be back on this amazing Island. We have a sea front apartment. It's 9.50 and baking hot.

Jambo was here a few months back.

Looks great. Boy,do I need a holiday. 

Drove down to Caleta de Fuste about 45 km.

 

Life has its good moments G and you and the Mrs seem to be in paradise down there totally deserved too.

We're gonna go back to the Canaries in Feb, we usually go to Tenerife, but might try somewhere different.

A few pics from playa del morro.

 

Had a trip out to the Oasis Wildlife zoo which was very nice but did not take many photos,happy just to observe. To reach the Zoo we drove down the spine of the Island which is very barren.

 

From Corralejo  the Island of Lanzarote is clearly visible, a day return on the ferry to Playa Blanca is about 30 Euros.

Hi mate, it was back in 78 my first visit to Gran Canaria , stayed in Las Palmas In a hotel right on the wonderful Las Canteras beach.

We have booked a week in November staying at Mogan in the south of the Island, just along the coast from Puerto Rico.
