Dear Passenger,With only a few days to go until your upcoming flight with us, we would like to take this opportunity to advise you of the following important information.  

ENTRY AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS The Kingdom of Thailand as well as most destinations THAI flies to have introduced additional entry and travel requirements due to Covid-19. We must remind you that it's each passenger's responsibility to ensure they comply with the latest health requirements at their destination at the time of travel, as well as the regulations in place at their point of transit and/or departure. Failure to observe these may result in you not being able to travel or be allowed to enter your destination. Please note that all required documents must be presented at check-in and to the relevant immigration authorities. You can find information on the current travel requirements here.  

FACE MASKS In accordance with the directives set by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, masks must be worn at all times on board our flights and at Thai airports. These must be worn close to the face, and cover both the nose and mouth completely. Please note that the use of face masks with ventilation valves is not permitted. Children under the age of 2 are exempt of wearing a face covering on board.  

YOUR SAFETY AND COMFORT The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority. We have put in place a number of special and enhanced measures to ensure not only the most rigorous levels of hygiene, but also that your flight with us offers the safety and comfort you deserve. To protect you and those around you, please make sure you are in good health before travelling and fit to fly. CHECK-IN Online check-in for international flights is currently disabled, as additional checks are necessary to comply with current Covid-19 entry and travel requirements. We ask you to please allow plenty of time to check-in safely at the airport. Check-in desks at London Heathrow Terminal 2 open 4 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
