New Mexico Chile Rubbed Steak In the US I enjoyed preparing both Latin and Southwestern US dishes. It is difficult to find some of the ingredients for these dishes in Thailand. The primary problem is the savory peppers (Poblano, Ancho, New Mexico) that are central to Latin recipes.
