As far as I can see on the map of proposed works, the new drain is only extending as far as soi 10 along 2nd rd. Saw your photos over on PA. See they have added fake grass to go with the fake trees. At least they have garbage bins now. For a couple of years there were none, IIRC. And the years before that the few they had out were always overflowing with garbage as they rarely emptied them.
