condo or house needed for 3 weeks

before I go on snakebook, thought I would drop this in here.  my son and family are looking for a 3 bedroom home from 15 december to 5 january.  ideally in jomtien area.  if anyone has such pls PM me or post here.  happy to put up a deposit

Pratumnak has a lot of bungalows with small pools that do monthly weekly rents,of soi 5,used to overlook a row of them when staying in condo there,nice quite areas for familys,air bnb might be worth a look,prob good deals at moment as a lot of chinese familys tended to stay.

Not sure on the name,but directly across soi from vn residence 3

Yes thats the ones,where the red car is parked behind the white wall they have about 6 or 8,my balcony looked over them,dont think they were to expensive either,the waterpark is the condo tho,it was just being finished before i left.
