Looking to Buy a Pool Villa
The GF and I have been living in a very nice VT2A condo for the last 4 years. Our current contract expires at the end of July 2023. We have started looking at purchasing a pool villa, as we think that would have greater value going forward and also we are getting tired of condo living and the constant owner arguments about how the community funds are being spent.
What we have in mind are the following:

Existing property, not willing to buy into something in progre
I assembled my recently purchased Weber Grill today. I tried doing this outside next to the pool. I had trouble doing this.
The parts would just not attach/fit the way the schematics pictured. I thought for a bit thinking that I had no trouble doing this in 55 F degree weather in Chicago. The light dawns. I put the grill parts directly under the air conditioner for 30 minutes and all was a breeze from there. 🙂
