Think that is the floating market that charges 200 baht to get in, used to be free. I stopped going even though I used to get in via my Thai driving licence, they then stopped accepting that. After all it is just shops. Get to the Hua Hin Hills Winery, they do lovely lunches in a nice setting with good view over the vines. Nice sampler of 3 of their wines for 290 baht too.
