Well, straight after finishing in the office hit the casino.

Got there early, had some dinner (black card, so free food and booze . . 😁).

Sea bass - most of the food is crap, but they do this well . . .

The GM opened the 3 card poker for me, 5th hand nice straight flush, 8, 9 and 10 of diamonds, 35/1 with £20 on it, thank you very much . . .

A few flushes but some crap too, but walked out 90 minutes later £1k up . . . nice start to the weekend . . 😀

Just spent about an hour talking with my wife about what work, what hours, we will need to do when it is time for me to go back to work and the little one needs to go full time to school.

I may become a house husband and my wife take up a full time position unless I can work day time in normal business hours. Have a welfare meeting next Wednesday where I will be able to discuss my duties on return to work. Already suggested to personnel to look at my CV for hope of working in the office; she said they have already and while laughing told me I am over qualified. As much as I am at my age I just want a job with little responsibility, my family matters more now.

I am hoping for a good chat on Wednesday.

Don't really have time for Liam Gallagher but the Killers would hold my interest for sure, great band.

Watched a couple of clips of Liam's set and his voice is shot, nothing like when Oasis started out.

Them cowboy boot wearing Las Vegas boys were immense, kicked Stormzy's performance all over the place.

They even had Johnny Marr on with them, who is a tremendous guitarist in his own right.

Never knew that you could do it but I have just 'unfollowed'' 2 people on Facebook.

It was just getting to the point that about 90 percent of these people's posts were political in nature and extremely rude about certain politicians and worse still about the people who may support or have supported those same politicians and their party now or in the past.

As much as I am unlikely to vote again as I believe the political establishment has let everybody down (all sides) I don't like being referred to as dumb, a wanker, a racist, a cnut, a hypocrite, anti NHS, anti LGBT, anti family, anti child protection and many other derisory terms just because I may have sided with one political party in the past.

Too be honest I get really irritated by people telling me about my views on the world or how I must be thinking just because of how I may have voted previously and it is usually so far removed from the truth that I was biting my tongue on so many occasions. These people are relatives and family friends and I felt better to 'unfollow' them rather than engage in debate which would only offer a negative situation down the line.

What I find sad though is that much of the stuff posted was downright lies and from media that no doubt is happy to offer gullible idiots fake news.

I am glad not to have to read shite every single day.

Time to go out for my walk I think.

Not getting up anytime soon ..

I managed to get my sorry ass out of bed and cook a nice omelette for brunch. Now I have the task of finding the best deal for my car insurance which expires soon.

Yea, you can do it with Facebook groups as well.

When I came back from Turkey on Monday I unfollowed all related Turkish stuff, but starting following the Benalmadena groups I am also a member of but has previously unfollowed. Just means I see stuff I want when I want, relevant stuff to my life at whatever time, re Southern Spain as we go in September.

I could just leave and rejoin I suppose, but i like being a member so I can have a look if need be, when I want, and don't forget what I had joined.

Watching the F1 racing.

Had a €5 free bet so thought I'd put it on Max since he was on the 1st row at the grid. Race starts and the c**t nearly stands still while 5 cars pass him by lol FFS.
