Created by blend-masters, each of the J O and J O Spritz blends has been carefully crafted to provide a satisfying, multi-dimensional taste experience, which is great with food or to sip and savour. After almost 20 years, J O remains focused on its vision, bringing joy to get togethers through its blends, falling under Adult Socialising within our participation strategy. No bloody wonder it ain't popular with that sort of marketing wank. What the f**k is a multi-dimensional taste experience?

The stuff I patched it with is a piece of extra 3/4 inch tongue and groove strand board and comes in 4 foot by 8 foot sheats. It is the standard in the building industry to use as subflooring through out the entire structure. Even in bathrooms. It is up to the finish flooring and tile guys to waterproof their applications in wet areas. The reason this went to hell is due to years of renters not putting the shower curtains inside the tub when showering. It was not a toilet leak.

It is used for subflooring in France as well, except for ground floor where we use a cement layer. Had it in my house as first fl. floor, including the bathroom and that part worried me a bit. Indeed a wooden floor over the years will "move / deform" and resulting in the tiling on top to crack or at least loose its waterproofing. More so in my case with 3 young kids playing in the bathtub ...
