I did gain 10 pounds or so but have worked it all off already in the gym. 

That does sound like a decent workout by the way. Good on you mate.

I put n about 6lbs myself, but like you, it'll soon come off again. 

Rest tonight, then Boxfit on Friday. 

Same again next week.
