^^^ Nice website. This is gonna be good.

I'm starting to wonder if having a full house sound system is necessary if I have the proper set of headphones. It's not like I am having house parties or guests coming every other week.

If anyone ought to know you should.

👍

they are the best.  you never sweat in them, can buy replacement every part fo them, and the sound quality is performer and studio favourite .  enjoy

I've got an earlier version of these

had some Beats, but the battery completely died on me after a few months 🤷‍♂️

Bought those Sony headphones 4 months back in BKK. The first pair of headphones I've bought in well over 30 years.

Have to say I really hate them 😞 Find them very uncomfortable to wear. Am going to keep them as a back up and go for an over the ear headphones.

Other disikes the supporting app you can download, is slow, clunky and for me of little use. My phone software recognises the headphones in seconds, the Sony app and be above a minute. Couldn't get them to pair either with the onboard entertainment system on my flight here in last month

There reviewd highly on Which and were marked as a best buy.

Reading the above will look at buying  Senneheiser.

Don’t like ear buds at all, irritate my ears and keep falling out.

I have been a fan of Bose for years. I really liked their noise cancelling feature as I used to spend a lot of time in airplanes. I bought "over the ears" QC-35s a few years back for a little over $300. The noise cancelling was so good that I could not hear a TV being used in an adjacent room.

I hear that Bose has lost a little status vs. Sony in recent years.

Some of these other brands mentioned above are new to me. I intend to check them out for my next purchase.

Beosound H95, have way the best sound in  a headphone, but the price is nasty

Anything to do with Bang and Olufson is overpriced. Quality gear though.

You can get the same quality but a lot cheaper.

My choice for years has been Sennhieser.

I was using Shokz for a few years. They’re bone conduction, which is great for walking around this crazy town. Their battery life wasn’t that great, maybe 5 or 6 hours. My first pair were killed by a puppy and the next pair lasted about three years before they stopped turning on. I really liked them and I would have bought another pair if I could have found them. I ended up trying Beats Flex, which are ear buds connected by a cord behind your neck. The battery life is really good, it says 12 hours, I get three three hour walks and then recharge them. I would comment on sound quality but as a retired refinery worker who mostly listens to podcasts of old Dragnet or Gunsmoke radio programs, I am no longer qualified to judge subtle sonic nuances. Price was ok, around 2500฿.

I've been a long time fan of the Bose QC line of over the ear noise canceling headphones. The QC 15's that I upgraded to back in 2009 when they were released are still working great. Every few years I have to replace the foam ear covers as the heat and humidity here degrade them quickly. But replacements are cheap as chips on Lazada.

For day to day use I've tried quite a few different ear buds, wired and bluetooth. I finally settled on these in-ear monitors as having the best volume and dynamic range at a very affordable price.

For the times I don't want to be tethered by a wire, the SoundPeats bluetooth earbuds work great. Because they hook over the ear, there's no issue with them falling out. Same with the above in-ear monitors. The cord loops over the back of the ear which does a good job of holding them in place.

I tried a few pairs of headphones in schipol ,bose sound were the best, however I can't justify paying over 300 quid so I bought these cheapest from amazon,35 quid, great fit ,decent sound and noise cancelling is brilliant on the plane, battery lasts forever aswell.

Bose QC xx over the ear or "cans"as used to be called. I have used them for years and the noise cancelling alone are worth the price. For example when you wear them on a plane they take away the engine drone background noise and you will be  surprised how much that drone used to affect you. Also very effective for cutting out bar bullshit noise.

That's a huge price gap from 300 to 35.

Bose has always been considered one of the top in sound.

I used to have Bose speakers for my sound system years ago, great sound quality.
