Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted January 29, 2025 Popular Post Posted January 29, 2025 I've only walked through the food area of tree town probably two or three times in all the time it's been there. No shortages of places to get something to eat mostly Thai obviously but there's pasta a Mexican place and a kebab as well. You won't go hungry. There is no Jim's hot dog I don't believe that's just the tarp of the place that used to be there they just continue to use it. 6 4
Pumpuynarak Posted January 30, 2025 Posted January 30, 2025 I'd pop over to Prime Burger or Cheap Charlies just opposite Treetown. 2 1

CCharlies is further south. The one opposite Tree town was Hungry Hippo, I think, although it's under a different name now 3 1

The owner sold it and opened Hungry Hippo on the same side as Chunky Monkey but just south of Treetown. Hungry Hippo is still there but Chunky Monkey is now The Sports Lounge. 1 1

Lirchenfeld Posted February 2, 2025 Posted February 2, 2025 Hungry hippo. Chunky monkey. Often such names just makes me giggle instead of making me want to eat. Whats next? A place called Gusty Gull? 1

Glasseye Posted February 2, 2025 Posted February 2, 2025 Anyone ever try those tacos in that Mexican joint ?
Mr. Smooth Posted February 2, 2025 Posted February 2, 2025 I've stopped in that food court several times for a tasty, and cheap, meal many times. But for a great burger, for my money, Prime Burger is the spot to go. A Paris double bacon cheese and a shake and all is right in the world. And for those who aren't too discerning about their pizza, Bronx Pizza right opposite the Buokow entrance of LK Metro, hits the mark after midnight to fuel up if planning to be out on the lash till 3 or 4 am. 2 2
