Korat Chef https://www.koratchef.com they have everything you need for farang(mostly UK) grub.

If you can get here https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g469414-d15363037-Reviews-Monkey_Bar_Korat-Nakhon_Ratchasima_Nakhon_Ratchasima_Province.html they do great farang & Thai food & it's also a great bar.

& if you're still there at the end of March I'll meet you for a beer.

Also there's Big C's & Makro's that do some decent proper bread.

I can agree with Coxyhog on his recco of Korat Chef, i regularly buy many farang foods from them each month and they're very good quality imo. Steve Harrison is the owner, a real nice helpful guy.

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Monkey+Bar%2FRestaurant+Korat/@14.9755119,102.0874324,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x31194cbb12e92cbd:0x32e5b53910ce7687!8m2!3d14.9755119!4d102.0874324!16s%2Fg%2F11hb2rw07f?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDIxMi4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D

& if you pass the Monkey Bar so it's on your right up Suranaree Road Korat Chef is over a crossroads on your right,it's a couple of adjacent small shopfronts.
