biggles Posted April 17, 2025 Posted April 17, 2025 Hi all, looking for someone in Pattaya area to repair my 40" TV. It just shut down while watching it, now no power at all. I am near Big C Extra on Klang, and would prefer someone who can visit/collect. Thanks in advance

I bought a off-brand 32 in TV 2 years ago 3 HDMI 2 USB ports I use that as my computer monitor it's brilliant and it cost me a whopping 74 us on sale on Lozada you want a 40 inch they're equally cheap. 2 1

Second unit to the left of the turn off down Soi 19 towards Buakhao. Streetview pic shows a washing machine out front but inside there are many tvs, fans, washers etc. Link.

That's a great little shop, used it a few times. He's a dwarfish cripple, shuffles about on his arse. Very helpful and speaks a bit of English too which always helps. BUT, if my TV was 6 years old, and the silly cheap price one can by new ones these days as long as you don't go for the latest super-duper model, i'd just buy a new one. Just 3 weeks ago i bought a new Hisense, 65" UHD TV from Go Power { a sidekick of PowerBuy } for 1 Baht short of 8,000. They delivered it too FOC as i was on my motorbike at the time, i live 32klms away. I would then donate the old broken one to the Dwarf as he may well be able to salvage some spare parts from it. I honestly think that one of the best things about Thailand is the almost total lack of all the PC and so called WOKE bollox.....
