What Talents Do You Wish You Had?.

My three main passions are music, motorbikes and books.

I can ride bikes to a decent level, but I would love to be able to write songs and books.

What would you love to be able to do?.

I would have loved to have been proficient in playing a musical instrument to a decent standard, wether that be guitar, drums or even some sort of classical instrument.

Sport wise, I was shit at football but half decent at cricket so I would have liked to have improved myself there. 

As a youngster or later in life so many other things get in the way. ie... Women and booze and mates and work. 

As an individual who wants the best in life you have to have focus and ambition and a willing to better yourself. For me school killed all that.

I  always wanted be a drummer in a rock band..I had a set of Ludwigs back in the day when I was in High School my parents bought for me used...when High School was over, my parents got rid of me and the drums too LOL!

Lead guitarist in a rock band, ACDC would do lol. When young i wanted to be an airline pilot but i f***** up at school so the opportunity was lost but i did learn from that big mistake.

Speaking of AC/DC Cliff....here you go....my Son went to Las Vegas, Allegiant Stadium last week-end to see them...no wife and him and his buddy went....he did not take these pictures but..I pulled these off FB. 

According to everyone, they are sounding better then ever......too bad they will not come here....I would go. Few other pics from Los Angeles too...it's not fair LOL! 

Too bad you, me, Aqualung and Galenkia did not meet up earlier in life....we could have all been the next supergroup LOL! Maybe in our next lifetime...forgot how much Malcolm Young was a great rhythm guitarist.

I'd have to agree that being musical or good at sports would have been great in the day because those were the guys who got all the girls, it seems; nowadays I don't give a damn any more about sports but it would be nice to be able to hold one's own on a musical instrument. My older brother is in his mid-'70s now and music is his main hobby in Australia where he lives - mind you, he is and has always been a "folkie" so we don't have many musical tastes in common. 

As for AC/DC, I just don't see what all the fuss is about - these guys put on a concert in Vancouver last week and several people I know from home jammed up Facebook with all the rah, rah, rah about flying down to see it - frankly I just don't see the attraction and have no interest in them. I didn't mind the early stuff with Bon Scott doing the vocals, but Johnson's voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard, and the thought of a geriatric bouncing around pretending to be a schoolboy is a little silly too - I know, sacrilege to the faithful but everyone is entitled to an opinion...

I wish my Mom had set me up with some regular blues style guitar teacher. The classical guitarist she sent me to just didn't cut it and i wasn't disciplined enough to stick with it.

I wish my Dad was younger or I had someone who was more willing to spend time with me catching my fastball.

I wish I had better math teachers in H.S.

Years ago a friend of mine was a good footballer and drummer.His dad ofered him boots o r drums.He chose drums.Unfortunely he chose drums.He passed away in Bristol on drugs.
