Popular Post Yesitisdakid Posted May 15 Popular Post Posted May 15 I walk through here probably 2 to 3 times a week. And many places seem to change hands that quickly many of these places I don't think I've seen before and then in 3 weeks they'll be places that have changed hands and names. I don't think there's an area where bars get turned over quicker then here on pothole. I should have took some pictures of the the road as well I know they did some work on it a couple of months ago it's worse than ever now the potholes have gotten deeper more of them concrete is broken away from where they tried to patch it before it's much worse than it was. 4 4

I see in the last picture that the Backyard is still there. I recall a 30-something guy from the US, David I think was his name, set that one up a few years ago and gave up less than a year to wander off somewhere else. Wonder what happened to him. It surprised me when High Rollers came into Soi Pothole about the same time. Lots of Baht spent pimping that place up by guys you would think were smarter than that. If location location location is the most important principle in real estate, then never be the most lavish place on a street would follow closely afterwards. You want other places to lift you up and not the other way around. But apparently dreamers and Pattaya are joined at the hip. 2 2
